A BIT ABOUT US
Here at the North Carolina Out Professionals, we’re committed to investing our expertise and resources in order to further achieve our cause. Since 2018, we’ve been supporting our community members in a variety of ways and measuring our success not by monetary size, but by more qualitative measurements such as the scale and effectiveness of our efforts. Just imagine what we can achieve together!
The NCOP raises money to help other LGBTQ+ organizations that support LGBT Youth programs and the addiction crisis within our community, along with supporting programs and organizations that offer free testing and prevention to the Raleigh community.
Funds that are raised will be distributed to organizations that are supportive of the LGBTQ+ community and help with homeless LGBT+ Community as well as drug rehabilitation. Along with organizations such as the LGBT Center, Alliance of Aids Services, and other organizations that need our help.
We believe that together with other non-profits in our areas, such as the LGBT Centers, we can help make a dent and improve someone’s way of life, by showing them the care and compassion of the family that we are.

Chris Domingo founded the National Association of Out Professionals with the vision and drive to improve upon our LGBT+ community, and focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity.

Hunter Johnson is truly a joy to be around and makes it a pleasure to continue the journey every single day. His dedication to his work and his drive to make a change helped create the NAOP as a founding member.
JOSHUA GRAY-HEIM

Owner and Master Stylist at J.Co Salon & Blo’Dry Bar, Joshua’s motto is “No matter what you own on this earth, you have to pay rent. How you pay rent is by giving back”. Joshua is a native to Dallas, North Carolina and with his husband and three dogs, live currently now in Raeford, NC. Joshua believes in the mission of NAOP and hopes to help all Young Professionals know they have a place.

With us since our founding, Brit Hogin is one of our veteran team members. They bring their years of experience and skills to the forefront in helping our organization grow and succeed.
JOHN BERGGREN
Board of Directors - Marketing
John brings with him 20 years of experience in procurement and support. For the last 10 years, John has been providing hardware, software, and supplies with great customer service support. Prior to that John worked on the help desk for IBM, and as a network administrator. Johns dedication to the cause make him an amazing asset to the team.
JONATHAN MCCOLLUM
Co-Founder
A Professional attorney, with a degree in law from Campbell University, Jonathan McCollum helped found the organization by helping to get it incorporated as a non-profit. He is the owner of McCollum Law in Cary NC and a huge Carolina Hurricanes fan!
